We provide shipping within Canada, and we offer Free Delivery on all orders.
- Canada: Free Delivery
- All prices and figures are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
- We do not charge any membership fees.

- Handling Time: 1–2 Working Days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–8 Working Days (Monday to Friday)
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)
🚛 Delivery Terms
We use UPS and other reliable couriers to deliver products within Canada.
📍 Change Of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours.

📦 Multiple Addresses
We do not provide shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders.
⚠️ Wrong Address
If an incorrect address was provided and your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
⏳ Delayed Orders
Some delays may occur due to carrier or logistical issues. We will notify you if your order is delayed beyond 11 business days.
📦 Tracking An Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to track your delivery status.
📉 Parcels Damaged In Transit
- If present at delivery, please reject the package if possible and notify us immediately.
- If delivered while you were absent, please contact us with photos of the damaged package.
